Click on the Ordering menu and then select 'Place an order', then complete the order form. After submitting the order form you will receive an automatic confirmation that we have received your order.

Package your items up carefully and dispatch them to the address below in time for them to arrive for your chosen shoot date. If you prefer you can arrange to drop off your items yourself. If your items do not arrive on time, we will photograph them as soon as we can, but if we are busy there may be a delay whilst other, scheduled jobs are completed. We will re-use your original packaging to return your items to you, so you should ensure that you package them securely. Items of significant value should be insured against loss or damage in transit. We will photograph your items in the condition that they are received in, so before packaging them up it is worth checking for dirt or marks and cleaning them if required. Please be aware that when photographing small items such as jewellery using macro lenses, even the smallest blemish will show up on the photograph, even though it may not be easily seen at normal viewing distance with the naked eye. When we receive your items we will carefully unpack them, stage them and start to photograph them.

Once photography has completed we will upload proofs of your photographs to a private gallery for you to review. We may also, at our discretion, post some initial proofs after commencement of photography in order to get early feedback to guide the rest of the photo-shoot.

Once photography is complete and you have approved your proofs, we will invoice you for the full amount owing, including the cost of returning your items by your chosen delivery method. You may pay either by BACS to our bank account or online by credit/debit card, details for which will be provided on the invoice.

Once we have received your payment we will send you your photographs as a compressed zip file using the WeTransfer file service. You will receive an e-mail containing a link to the file to be downloaded.

We will return your items to you, in the original packaging, using the delivery service chosen by you when the order was placed. You are welcome to collect your items in person, or arrange pick-up by your preferred courier service at a mutually agreed time if this is more suitable for you, just select the corresponding return delivery option in the order form when placing your order.
